We try our best to make sure goods are with you as soon as possible. In rare cases there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances but we would make every effort to keep you informed about the expected date of your delivery and our staff would endeavor to provide the best customer service possible.

Each Clock is run and checked for a period of 24 hour before dispatching.

Easy Returns: Unwrapped, unused, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt if you received the wrong size or color. If the product does not match the description or has manufacturing defects, you will get a full refund.
